FIKKU is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate short-form video content for social media. Our tools help creators produce engaging content that drives discovery and engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — helping artists, musicians, and creators reach wider audiences.

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

FIKKU respects the intellectual property rights of others. Our platform provides AI-powered video effect templates that may incorporate short clips of audio or visual content. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to legitimate claims of copyright infringement regarding any content available on our platform.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on or through FIKKU infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on our service where the material can be found.
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Review the claim and verify its validity.
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
• Take reasonable steps to prevent the material from reappearing on our platform.

5. Counter-Notification

If we believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, we reserve the right to restore the material. We may also submit a counter-notification containing the following:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that we have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Our contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by FIKKU.
