1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FIKKU, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FIKKU provides AI-powered video generation services that transform your photos into animated videos using various visual effects and styles.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and transform it for the purpose of providing our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

FIKKU operates on a subscription-based model with optional credit top-ups. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

Subscription Plans (billed weekly, auto-renewing):

• Solo Plan: 20 credits per week (~1 video/week).
• Friends & Family Plan: 100 credits per week (~5 videos/week).

Credit Top-Up Packages (one-time, subscribers only):

• Single Video: 20 credits.
• 50 Credits Pack: 50 credits.
• 150 Credits Pack: 150 credits.

Billing & Credit Policies:

• Weekly Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans are billed on a weekly recurring basis. Each plan provides a set number of credits per billing cycle. Credits are refreshed at the start of each new billing period.
• Credit Separation: Subscription credits and top-up credits are tracked separately. On renewal, subscription credits reset to your plan's weekly allotment while top-up credits are fully preserved. Credits are consumed from subscription credits first, then top-up credits.
• Top-up Purchases: Subscribers may purchase additional one-time credit top-ups. Top-up credits are added to your balance and are never affected by subscription renewals or cancellations.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Polar customer portal (web). Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. You retain any remaining credits after your subscription ends.
• No Refunds: Subscription fees and credit top-up purchases are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Payment Processing (Web): Web payments are processed securely by Polar. We do not store your payment credentials. By subscribing, you also agree to Polar's terms of service.
• In-App Purchases (iOS): Subscriptions and credit purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple via the App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Copyright & DMCA

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, including photos and reference videos, does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. FIKKU respects the intellectual property of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Policy for instructions on filing a takedown notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

FIKKU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
